Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler’s Card or certification.
• Valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Recent (within 1 year) TB test.
• 6 months+ experience in an Early Childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a caring, safe, and well-managed environment for children.
• Plan, develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
• Assist students with lesson assignments and reinforce learning concepts.
• Maintain classroom equipment and records for safety and availability.
• Communicate with parents and maintain open communication.
• Assist families during transitions from home to school setting.
• Monitor individual and groups of students to ensure a safe learning environment.
