Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher in Phoenix to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and uphold licensing guidelines. The role emphasizes crafting developmentally appropriate activities and promoting a joyful classroom environment.

You will lead on curriculum implementation, ensure safety, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth and the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are met.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
