Job summary

New Direction Church/Little Duckling Daycare II is seeking passionate Lead or Assistant Pre-School Teachers to join a new, dynamic team. Help create a nurturing, fun environment for 3- to 5-year-olds in line with licensing and accreditation standards.

You will support a co-teacher and classroom team, ensuring safety and developmental growth through hands-on activities. Expect collaboration with parents and service providers, with a schedule 8am–3pm, Monday to Friday.

• Experience working with neurodivergent children or developmental delays required.
• Energetic, fun, proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and engaging classroom environment.

• Follow student behavior and support plans as needed.
