WorldKids® School Franchise is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher for a full-time, on-site role in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. You will plan and implement age-appropriate lessons, guide daily activities, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment that supports multilingual language immersion and early development goals.

You will observe child progress, communicate with families and colleagues, and collaborate with leadership to ensure program standards and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• Experience with preschool and kindergarten children.
• Strong communication with families, colleagues, and administrators.
• Ability to support multilingual language immersion and social-emotional growth.
