Child Development Schools North Carolina LLC is seeking a Lead Teacher for Infants, Toddlers and Preschool in Raleigh. You will guide children through hands-on activities, stories, and projects, helping them grow curiosity, confidence, and kindness in a warm, safe classroom.

You will collaborate with families, document progress, maintain licensing ratio compliance, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable communication with families and team.
• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in early childhood education is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing ratio requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families regularly.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
