Learning Care Group in Spring, TX is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while supporting center goals.

You will build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, and contribute to a positive, supportive classroom culture.

Competenze

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
