Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead at a child care center to inspire children as a teacher, communicator, and mentor. You will lead classroom instruction, promote growth, and support center success by building relationships with families.

You will mentor new hires, assist with director duties when needed, and ensure daily care meets licensing guidelines and company standards. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on learning with preschool children.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility and leading a classroom
• Ability to implement lesson plans and follow curriculum
• Meeting state/accreditation requirements for education/experience

Responsibilities

• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children
• Lead classroom management and implement curriculum
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow teachers
• Support director/assistant director duties in absence
