Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom, create engaging learning experiences, and mentor fellow Teachers in a supportive child care environment.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, while building strong relationships with families to support student growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for children's social, physical, and intellectual growth in the class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
