Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to join our childcare centers in Tucson, AZ. You will lead a classroom, mentor fellow teachers, and design engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers.

You will lead curriculum implementation, ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s progress and success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
