Celebree School™ invites a Preschool Teacher to join a nurturing team that sparks curiosity and enriches early learning experiences for preschool children. You will help maintain Celebree's mission, vision, and values in daily activities and support classroom Aides on their growth toward becoming Celebree Teachers.

The role emphasizes a caring, inclusive classroom and ongoing communication with parents, with hours Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:30pm and a focus on growth opportunities for staff.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher requirements approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills; patience and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Integrate language-rich activities, storytelling, and early literacy into daily routines.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom and materials.
• Establish open communication with parents, sharing progress and updates.
