The Learning Experience - Berthoud is seeking a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow. You will implement our L.E.A.P.

Curriculum® with varying age groups, using a growth mindset to nurture young minds. We value strong parent communication, a flexible, supportive team environment, and opportunities for ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience is required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred, or a high school diploma/GED required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Child Development Associate Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Preschool Teacher duties include creating a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress through various channels.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers in line with each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement.
