Job summary

The Learning Experience - Wixom is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm, with a focus on creating a welcoming, engaging classroom where children learn through play.

You will implement our LEAP Curriculum®, support children’s academic and emotional growth, and communicate regularly with families via parent apps and conversations. Training, development, and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn through play.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, adapting for Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool as appropriate.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s adventures and milestones via apps and discussions.
• Partner with center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
