Job summary

Learning Care Centers in Omaha seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire preschool children with engaging learning experiences. You’ll mentor fellow Teachers, manage classroom activities, and ensure curriculum alignment with licensing standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, promote children’s social and cognitive growth, and help create a warm, safe, and stimulating center for daily learning and discovery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare and licensing.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
