Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and deliver fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool childrena promoting their social, physical and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
