Job summary

Learning Care Group in Utah is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences for preschoolers while mentoring fellow teachers and ensuring compliance with licensing standards. This role emphasizes nurturing growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains in a supportive team environment.

You will lead curriculum implementation, coordinate activities indoors and outdoors, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s progress.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
