We seek energetic, dependable individuals 18+, who build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive, growth-focused classroom culture. Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor other teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, compliant with licensing guidelines and company standards.
