Tutor Time Childcare in Phoenix is seeking a Lead Teacher to create fun, interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. This full-time role emphasizes safety, development, and a positive classroom culture.

You will build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, and lead classroom management on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care: Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
