Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom, mentor fellow Teachers, and create engaging learning experiences while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will lead on classroom management, implement the curriculum, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child's growth. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive compensation in Sammamish, WA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage physically with children.
