Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom activities, mentor fellow teachers, and implement engaging curriculum. You will lead in planning and delivering lessons that foster growth in preschoolers while ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.

You will also communicate with families to support each child’s development and contribute to the center’s overall success through proactive collaboration and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the child’s achievement and center success.
