The Children’s Courtyard is hiring a Lead Teacher in Concord, NC. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will build strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth and the center’s success. We value energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals who are 18 or older and excited to contribute to a positive, thriving early learning community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center’s success.
