Job summary

La Petite Academy is hiring a Lead Teacher in Colorado. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor other Teachers, and lead classroom management while upholding licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will foster the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers and build trusted relationships with families to support student achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
