La Petite Academy is hiring a Lead Teacher to nurture and educate preschool children in a caring environment. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor peers, and ensure curriculum implementation aligns with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth while maintaining strong relationships with families to support the center's success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create: develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate: build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
