Job summary

La Petite Academy is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging preschool learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will promote the children’s growth, lead curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will also build strong relationships with families to support the center’s success. The role requires leading a classroom, meeting state education requirements, and a commitment to daily Monday–Friday work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
