Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is seeking a Lead Teacher in Indianapolis, IN to foster a joyful, safe learning environment for infant to pre-k students. You will lead the Jr. Preschool classroom, model best practices, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

You will mentor assistant teachers, create engaging lessons, and embody our circle of care. The role requires a passion for early childhood education and a positive, energetic presence.

Qualifications

• Requires CDA or higher.
• Leads and mentors the teaching team.
• Builds relationships with parents and families.
