Valley of the Sun YMCA in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to nurture early learners in a caring, safe environment. This full-time hourly role offers a supportive team, professional development, and a benefits package including retirement plan and health benefits.

You will interact with children through activities and lesson plans, oversee staff, and ensure engaging daily experiences while maintaining compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Current fingerprint clearance card and negative TB or the ability to obtain.
• Associates degree and/or currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program.
• Minimum of 3 years of qualifying experience in the childcare field and 6 credit hours in the childcare field or 60 documented training hours.
