The Valley of the Sun YMCA is seeking a Childcare Program Lead in Tolleson, AZ. You will oversee high-quality childcare programs, ensuring safety and compliance while managing operations effectively.
Your role includes engaging families and supporting staff development, as well as compliance with AZDHS Childcare Licensing. Benefits include a free YMCA staff membership and discounted family membership.
Leads the daily operation of a YMCA school-age childcare site, ensuring high-quality youth development programming, staff supervision, family engagement, operational excellence, and community partnership development. Ensures the implementation of a safe, engaging, and inclusive before-school, after-school, day camp, or enrichment program. Supports staff development, program quality, participant engagement, and family communication while assisting the Program Director in achieving operational goals.
