Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide our preschool program and mentor fellow teachers. You will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that promote active learning.

You will lead classroom management, ensure curriculum alignment with licensing and company standards, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage physically with children.

Responsibilities
