Job summary

Lollipop Land Child Care in Rigby, Idaho, is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher for our 3-4 year old classroom. You will guide a small team, implement our center curriculum, and create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that supports every child's development.

Responsibilities

• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans following center curriculum.
• Create a nurturing, safe, engaging classroom.
• Train staff on CACFP and meal documentation.
• Maintain CACFP records, meal counts, menus, and allergy tracking.
• Communicate with parents using Procare and provide daily reports.
• Coordinate classroom events and biannual parent-teacher conferences.
