Responsibilities

• Administer developmental screenings and track progress using approved software.
• Conduct home visits and parent conferences; participate in family support activities.
• Ensure documentation such as reports, attendance, meal counts, and contacts is completed.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, NAEYC standards, and program requirements.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, CAP staff, families, volunteers, and partners.
• Develop schedules and lesson plans based on observations and family input.
