Job summary

The Learning Experience - Hudson Yards in New York, NY is seeking a highly qualified Lead Preschool Teacher for a 2-year-old classroom. You will lead daily routines, implement the L.E.A.P.

Curriculum, and create engaging experiences that support early language, social development, and independence. A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or higher) and 90 credits in ECE are required, with preference for classroom leadership and NY childcare experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or higher required.
• Minimum 90 credits in Early Childhood Education required.
• Experience with toddlers or 2-year-olds preferred; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and learning experiences for 2-year-old children.
• Implement The Learning Experience's LEAP curriculum.
• Create engaging experiences through art, music, movement, and literacy.
• Support cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Encourage independence and positive peer interactions.
• Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly.
