Job summary

Carpe Diem Private Preschool is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities, and assess student progress. You will lead learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred.
• 2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center.
• Prior experience with the assigned age group.
• Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation.
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members, is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
