Job summary

Carpe Diem Cedar Park, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher for 2-3 year olds. You will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities, and assess student progress in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Lead Teacher experience with the age group.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education degree highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with Conscious Discipline Preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Dependable, consistent, and able to maintain established classroom routines.
• Strong, positive interactions with children.
• Ability to use positive guidance and developmentally appropriate redirection.
• Comfortable creating and implementing lesson plans.
• Ability to work collaboratively with co-teachers, support staff, and leadership.
