The KID Preschool Plus program is now seeking wonderfully passionate and motivated Lead Preschool Teacher for our infants' classroom. This position is responsible for the day-to-day classroom activities in the KID Preschool PLUS (KPP) where teachers must establish and maintain a classroom environment that is safe and nurturing to facilitate both learning and healing.
Our school uses the Creative Curriculum as a base for our learning and planning. We believe that children should have as many hands-on, fun experiences as they can to enrich their love of learning. Our preschool teachers are required to have their 45 hours of Childcare Training and a CDA to join our team.
This position starts at $16/hour and full-time employees are eligible to receive a generous benefits plan, including medical, dental, life, vision, a flexible spending account (FSA), short and long-term disability, a matching 401(k) plan, holiday pay, and, after the first year of employment, accrued paid vacation time.
In addition, you will receive a SIGN-ON INCENTIVE OF 40 HOURS OF VACATION TIME OFF AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF YOUR 90 DAYS PROBATIONARY PERIOD, TO BE TAKEN WITHIN YOUR FIRST YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT.
