Pilgrim Preschool has been voted Best of the West for the last 6 years. We have part day programs that serve 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds. We are a small non-profit business with 15 employees. Our staff works collaboratively together as a strong team. We are family oriented, and community based. We are licensed by the State of Ohio.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher at PILGRIM PRESCHOOL in Cincinnati, OH. We are currently hiring for our 3's program and our 5's program. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, supervising and interacting with children, communicating with parents, and maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education, Child Development, and Curriculum Planning skills
• Classroom Management and Behavior Guidance skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and adaptability
