All About Kids at Wards Corner is a state-of-the-art GREEN childcare and learning center in Loveland, located right off I-275 at the Wards Corner exit. We are currently hiring!

Are you tired of working just to pay childcare expenses? Do you want to work in a family atmosphere where you can take your children to work with you? Would you like the possibility of FREE childcare and/or a preschool education for your child(ren) as a perk of your position? At All About Kids at Wards Corner, experience with children is helpful, but a LOVE of children is mandatory. We seek professional, reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented individuals who are passionate about working with young children. We also promote and assist employees in obtaining the OHIO Teach Scholarship for those seeking a career in Early Childhood Education.

Please note that a High School diploma or equivalent and FBI/BCII background checks (covered by All About Kids upon hire) are necessary for this position. Some exclusions may apply to free childcare; please inquire for more details.

We offer a competitive full benefits package that includes dental, vision, and health insurance. Paid vacation and holidays are also provided, including Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Additionally, FREE childcare is part of our benefits package.

Our schedule is Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts and NO WEEKENDS.

Pay is bi-weekly, based on education and experience. The starting wage is above average for all applicants, with a base pay of $13.50 per hour for non-experienced candidates, and final wages are determined upon interview with the director.
