Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in early childhood education or child development.
• Strong communication skills between staff, clients, and caregivers.
• Observant of individual developmental stages and growth of children.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain).
• Knowledge of developmental stages, classroom management, and licensing requirements.
• At least 19 years of age with relevant education or CDA/equivalent credential.
