Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate lessons, maintaining progress records, communicating with parents, and ensuring engaging, compliant childcare. Requires 3+ years in early childhood education, a degree in ECE or CDA, and First Aid/CPR certification; bilinguals welcomed. No nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in early childhood education or child development.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA credential or equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, families and caregivers.
• Knowledge of licensing requirements and developmental stages.
