Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Tomball, TX is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to supervise hourly associates and drive department performance. You’ll model expertise in prepared foods, coordinate rotations, and partner with other leaders to meet the club’s goals for fresh foods, quality, and service.

You will manage staffing, training, compliance, and merchandising within the prepared foods area, while leveraging digital tools to improve the shopping experience and team engagement.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
