• Leads prep cooks on shift — assigns tasks and keeps the line moving
• Owns the prep list and station setup for classes and events
• Checks quality and timing on all prep output
• Keeps the kitchen clean, stocked, and ready for classes and events
• Follows food-safety standards (gloves, hair restraints, clean stations)

Shifts are event-based, including evenings and weekends, scheduled in Homebase as events are booked. Local travel between Houston-area kitchens and event locations may be part of the role.
