Job summary

United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a results-driven supervisor for our warehouse operations. The role oversees Package Handlers, trains teams, and drives safety, productivity, and attendance through proactive leadership.

You will foster strong working relationships across shifts, manage resources for accuracy and efficiency, and develop employee growth plans while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and proactive communication.

• Ensures thorough orientation and ongoing coaching for staff.
