La Petite Academy is hiring a Lead Pre-K Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct preschoolers based on each child’s needs and the program requirements. You will help prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond while embodying curiosity and a caring attitude.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dependable candidate with passion for early childhood education.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and program requirements.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
