Job summary

Royal Electric Company in Irving, TX is seeking a Prefab Supervisor to lead the prefabrication team, ensure safe and efficient work, and deliver orders on time. You will coach team members, implement lean practices, and coordinate across departments to optimize resources and project execution.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in prefabrication, knowledge of electrical construction, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of the Electrical Construction Trade.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a prefabrication position.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong understanding of safety policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused culture and weekly safety meetings.
• Ensure proper tools and PPE are used and maintained.
• Mentor and develop the Prefabrication team for growth.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan resources.
• Oversee order fulfillment and lean manufacturing practices.
• Receive, plan, track, and deliver fabrication orders on time.
• Apply quality control to Royal standards.
