Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the preconstruction process from initial opportunity through contract award.
Develop conceptual, schematic, design development, and detailed estimates.
Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and project requirements to identify risks and opportunities.
