Qualifications

• At least seven years of experience in Commercial Construction Estimating or related project management.
• Experience with construction management and hard bid projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business in accordance with the American Society of Professional Estimators Code of Ethics.
• Coordinate estimating teams and provide management of estimating staff.
• Assist in developing policies for standardizing divisional estimate information delivery.
