Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 3+ years hands-on research experience in biotech, pharma, CRO, or academic settings.
• Experience coordinating nonclinical/preclinical studies and working with CRO partners.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple studies and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across scientific teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of nonclinical studies internally and with CROs.
• Serve as primary contact for CROs, managing day-to-day communications and study activities.
• Coordinate with internal researchers to ensure study objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Lead study kickoff meetings and coordinate ongoing discussions with internal teams and external partners.
• Track milestones, timelines, sample logistics, and progress across multiple projects.
• Review and contribute to study protocols, amendments, and final reports.
• Identify and resolve study-related issues with CROs and stakeholders.
• Support data compilation and reporting, including tables, figures, and listings.
• Monitor CRO budgets and invoices, coordinating milestone payments and approvals.
• Communicate study updates, risks, and timelines to internal stakeholders.
