Modern Ag, Inc. is seeking a Precision Farming Specialist to lead GPS technology initiatives in the North Central Kansas territory.

You will establish Modern Ag as a market leader and a trusted consultant for agricultural technology, working closely with sales, service, and parts teams to deliver top-tier solutions. The role requires building in-region expertise, coordinating product training, and ensuring timely support and issue resolution for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Technologies preferred.
• 5 years experience operating agricultural equipment.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Precision Farming / GPS technologies preferred.
• Previous experience in an equipment dealership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead GPS and related software initiatives in the territory.
• Position Modern Ag as a market leader and trusted consultant.
• Support sales, service, and training with in-region expertise.
• Assist with product updates, calibration, and adjustments.
• Ensure positive customer experiences and responsive follow-up.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and revenue recovery for support activities.
• Oversee displays, merchandising, and promotional materials.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and training adherence.
