Job summary

You will verify prestressing operations, review mix designs and strength records, and accept or reject finished products to uphold project specs and shop drawings.

Qualifications

• PCI Level II certification required.
• 2+ years in a certified precast or prestressed plant.
• Knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and state DOT precast specifications.
• ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify prestressing operations and transfer strength.
• Review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records.
• Accept or reject finished products against specs and shop drawings.
• Maintain plant QC records for PCI and DOT programs.
• Supervise Level I inspectors and assign daily coverage.
