Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for pre-roll manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Drive process optimization and method development across sites.
• Train production teams on SOPs, safety, and equipment operation.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and tech transfer packages.
• Support RCA, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across the network.
