Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctor and an active license to practice law in CA.
• Experience representing and communicating directly with clients, especially in personal injury or related plaintiff-side fields.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities with a client-centric approach.
• Demonstrated ethical judgment, attention to detail, and accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of case managers; know every file, client, and case type.
• Judge demand readiness, sign the demand, and negotiate with adjusters for top offers.
• Direct treatment plans, liability investigation, and case flow; mentor the team.
• Handle client conversations on money, outcomes, and risk; maintain revenue cadence.
• Maintain pod files and data to firm hygiene standards.
