Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Proven experience with preschool/pre-kindergarten in licensed childcare.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging lesson plans for preschool/pre-kindergarten children.
• Create a supportive learning environment fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement play-based curriculum (F.L.EX.®).
• Conduct ongoing assessments and communicate progress with parents/guardians.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings to enhance teaching practices.
